Nigeria has been thrown into darkness once more as the national power grid collapsed on Tuesday at approximately 2:09 pm, according to the official X account of the National Grid.
This marks the latest in a series of grid failures, with at least eight collapses reported in 2024 alone. Recently, nine northern states experienced a power outage following a similar collapse. Further details will be provided later.
