As Bus Collides With Parked BRT Bus

A white Toyota Coaster bus.with Registration Number KJA-380-XV collided with a parked Lagos State BRT, Registration Number AGL938-YD while on motion and caused significant damage and injuries.

The accident Toyota Coaster bus ran into the parked BRT bus while attempting to overtake a car inward Iyana Oworo.

Four people, comprising 2 males and 2 females, driver inclusive suffered severe injuries. Fortunately, no fatalities were recorded in the incident but the Toyota Coaster bus was severely damaged.

The Recovery Operation was coordinated by LASEMA LRT which extricated the trapped passengers.

The injured victims were administered pre-hospital care treatment by the Agency’s Paramedics and LASAMBUS before being evacuated to nearby government owned hospitals and the white coaster bus was subsequently towed to Iyana-Oworo and handed over to the Police.
