PDP: Damagum and Anyanwu Allegedly Serving Tea and Kilishi in Gbajabiamila’s House – Adeyanju Claims

Activist lawyer Deji Adeyanju has accused the acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Umar Damagum, of serving tea at the residence of President Bola Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila. Adeyanju further claimed that the PDP’s National Secretary, Sam Anyanwu, was serving “Kilishi” in Gbajabiamila’s house.

Adeyanju made these allegations while discussing his belief that Tinubu intends to install a PDP presidential candidate for the 2027 election. Speaking on The Honest Bunch podcast, Adeyanju suggested that the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, and Damagum were acting as moles for Tinubu within the PDP.

He stated, “The current PDP is under Wike’s control at the national level. He installed the current PDP National Chairman, who now serves tea in Femi Gbajabiamila’s House. Meanwhile, while Damagum is serving tea, PDP’s National Secretary, Sam Anyanwu, is in the kitchen serving Kilishi. These are the people in charge of the PDP.”

He continued, “These are Tinubu’s moles, just like Abure in the Labour Party, who is an APC mole. There is no real opposition, which is why no one is challenging the system. Aside from a few of us, who else is speaking out?”

Adeyanju criticized the current state of opposition, accusing the PDP of collaborating with the APC. He also claimed that the PDP is unable to hold its own National Executive Council (NEC) meeting due to the control exerted by Wike, Damagum, and Anyanwu.

He further alleged that these figures are preparing to field a candidate for the 2027 election, one chosen by Tinubu. “Tinubu has a history of crushing opposition, especially in Lagos, where he has spent 24 years doing this,” Adeyanju asserted. “What he does is anoint a candidate and place them in charge of the PDP in Lagos, and that’s exactly what he’s been doing.”
