A violent clash between farmers and herders in Gululu, Miga Local Government Area of Jigawa State, left one person dead and four injured.

The conflict erupted after peasant farmers accused herders of breaking into a provision store. Following footprints to a Fulani settlement, the farmers were reportedly met with arrows, escalating tensions.

Village head Muhammad Sarkin-Dori confirmed the injuries and reported that a missing farmer, Dauda Kafinta, was later found dead with arrow wounds. Five injured individuals were referred to Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital.
