Police rescue kidnapped victims, Arrest 4 Suspects.

A joint security team of Nigeria Police has rescued three abducted persons by gunmen along the Onitsha-Owerri Expressway in Ozubulu, Ekwusigo Local Government Area.
A statement released by its Public relations officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi on Monday said operatives of the Anambra State Command and other security agencies successfully rescued 3 kidnapped and victims immediately taken to the hospital.
In a similar development, “the operatives of the FCT Police Command in collaboration with the Nigerian Military, the DSS Hunters and Local Vigilantes swung into action in a bid to rescue the kidnapped victims and they were all rescued on the 23th of March, 2025.”
He noted: “the 3 kidnapped victims were successfully rescued unhurt at Anguwan Mu’azu area of Nasarawa State, and the operatives arrested 4 suspected kidnappers in connection with the abduction.”
Commending, the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, the officers committed to preventing criminal activities and safeguarding citizens’ lives and property.
