Wike PDP NEC Meets, Sets Stage For National Convention

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Executive Committee (NEC) has concluded its 107th meeting, outlining key resolutions to strengthen the party ahead of the forthcoming National Convention.
The NEC expressed satisfaction with the successful conduct of ward, local government, state, and zonal congresses, commending party leaders and members for their commitment to due process. The committee also reviewed the ongoing e-registration of members, urging all to participate.
The NEC affirmed the zoning formula for national elective positions, guiding the forthcoming National Convention, and noted that the sale of nomination forms has commenced. The convention theme is “A Convention of inclusiveness, unity, and renewal.”
The PDP reiterated its readiness for a successful, credible, and transparent convention, calling on members to remain united and disciplined. The party expressed confidence in its strength and assured members and Nigerians of its readiness to provide purposeful leadership
