NSCDC warns operatives against job racketeering

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has warned its personnel in Kogi State, vowing to dismiss any officer found guilty of job racketeering.
This warning was delivered by the Kogi State Commandant of the NSCDC, Akinlade Esther, on Thursday during the opening of a three-day workshop themed, “Incessant Job Racketeering and Financial Fraud in the Corps.”
Addressing officers in Lokoja, the state capital, she highlighted the damaging impact of unethical practices on the agency’s integrity and operational standards.
“Any officer caught in the act of job racketeering will be dismissed,” she declared, stressing the need for adherence to professional ethics.
