Nigeria Police Commission Mobile Clinics Donated By UNDP

The Nigeria police have commissioned 10 mobile clinics which will be distributed across police training centers.

The mobile clinics are dedicated medical containers which are basically to provide medical services and welfare of police officers while in training especially at the remote areas where medical facilities could be scarce.

Speaking on behalf of the inspector general of police, the deputy inspector general of police in charge of training and development, Frank Mba commended the gesture saying it is a laudable drive to enhance overall well-being of police officers.

It was said that the Nigeria police is working on improving facilities at police training centers for a change in the caliber of personnel being produced as officers. Frank Mba said the Nigeria police are poised to change the narrative to entrench trust of the general public in the capability of the police.
