BREAKING: Gunmen Abduct Two Benue University Students

Two students of Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi, Benue State, were kidnapped by gunmen late Tuesday night outside the university campus.
A student of the institution, Ashar Lubem, reported that on Wednesday that four students were initially taken, causing panic among students.
“Some gunmen abducted four students outside campus yesterday evening. We have yet to hear from them. Everyone is in a state of panic,” Lubem said.
Confirming the incident, the Benue State Police Public Relations Officer, Sewuese Anene, stated that the command had received a report indicating that two students were kidnapped.
“We received the information yesterday evening that two students were taken. An investigation has commenced, and further details will be provided soon,” Anene said.
