Tinubu urges prayers for leaders, national stability
By Fly Cable News
President Bola Tinubu has called on Nigerians to offer fervent prayers for the nation’s leaders, as well as for the peace, stability, and progress of the country during the holy month of Ramadan.
Speaking at the State House Mosque in Abuja on Monday, during the opening Tafseer for the month of fasting, President Tinubu, represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, emphasised that Nigeria stands at a defining moment and that nation-building remains a collective responsibility of all citizens.
In his address, the President urged Nigerians to go beyond fasting and embrace the values of peace, kindness, and justice.
He particularly called on the faithful to intercede for leaders at all levels, praying for wisdom and guidance in governance.
