Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu Encourages Lagosians to Join The Military
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has promised indigenes of Lagos of his administration’s commitment to ensuring the enrolment of more youths into various military formations.
Sanwo-Olu gave the assurance during the departure ceremony for the eighty-eight Regular Recruit Intakes RRI from Lagos state, held at the Nine Brigade Nigerian Army Cantonment in Ikeja.
He emphasised that the inclusion of more youths in the military would contribute significantly to national security.
The governor, represented by his Deputy, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, noted that the participation of Lagos indigenes in the Army would greatly enhance the nation’s security architecture.
Sanwo-Olu encouraged the potential recruits to remain steadfast in their dedication and commitment to serving the country.
